We are looking for a friendly, motivated nurse to be a part of our team oriented family practice. We strive to provide exceptional care to our patients and be an asset to our community. We offer competitive salary, excellent work environment with great hours. The practice closes between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 pm. Monday through Thursday and noon on Fridays. We also enjoy a week off around the Christmas Holiday.

As a Family Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high quality healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and conduct patient assessments
• Assist with patient examinations and procedures
• Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records and update health history and medications at each visit
• Provide patient education on preventive health
• Collaborate with the physician and other members of the team to ensure comprehensive medical care

Qualifications

• Valid SC License
• Family Practice or primary care setting is preferred
• Computer literacy and keyboarding skills are imperative
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology 
• Excellent EHR skills, eCW preferred
