Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to patients in a timely manner

• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients

• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Maintain patient charts, update demographics, financial and insurance information

• Collect patient co-pay

• Verify all patient paperwork (physical or digitally) is completed

• Perform all duties within HIPAA and OSHA regulations

• Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff, and patient information

• Schedule and cancel appointments

• Respond to emails as needed and forward emails accordingly

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
