Busy and growing independent insurance agency is looking for an experienced, licensed Customer Service Representative for multi-line insurance agency primarily dealing with property and casualty. Position is Full-time, in-office position.

Position includes review of policies for accuracy, client relationship management, assisting licensed agents with new clients and client retention. Opportunity for growth. Experience or knowledge of Agency CRM and rater systems a plus. Pay range $18-$22 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Full time with PTO, holidays, and retirement. Bilingual is a plus!
