Family Insurance Centers is Hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative Near Seymour, WI

Family Insurance Center, LLC is a growing independent agency with a hometown connection with seven locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin working for our communities. Due to our continued growth we are searching for an applicant to represent our agency as a Insurance Customer Service Representative with our Front Line Service Team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls. You will be helping customers with insurance police changes and answer their questions as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Using Agency Customer Management System
  • Answering phone calls and directing as needed
  • Provide superior Customer Service to all clients
  • Making customer's insurance changes as requested
  • Making proper notes and follow-up as required in our management system
  • Communicate effectively via Phone, Email, and Microsoft Teams
  • Work with several insurance carriers to find the best solutions for our customers

Knowledge and Skill sets

  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Superior Communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
