Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist customers with hotel reservations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell hotel rooms and additional services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and reservations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, rates, and promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in reservations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using reservation software or systems
- Sales experience is a plus

As a Reservation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their hotel reservations and travel planning.
