Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman or woman to join our team. As a Hotel Houseman, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting environment will contribute to our guests' satisfaction and overall experience.

Duties:
- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as houseman/woman or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel houseman/woman management practices, including proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
