Essential Duties:

• Front desk duties include answering phones, ensuring all phone inquiries are routed appropriately, take messages as needed, and redirect callers to appropriate resources as needed. Complete intake screen for clients seeking services and review with Program manager before scheduling.
• Administer toxicology testing for clients and DCFS as needed; ensure appropriate tracking, storage, and chain of custody processes.
• Coordinatore accounts receivables with accounting office at FGC and submit financial reports to accounting as needed.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, review and prepare office supply requisitions.
• Receive incoming deliveries and coordinate receipt of all orders; prepare shipping orders and outgoing deliveries including packaging and scheduling pick-ups.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:15a - 2:45p)

Time Frame: Two months

Work Location: 751 Aurora Ave., Aurora

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED equivalent required; At least one year of receptionist experience preferred.
