Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance abuse, as well as an array of other related problems. Essential Duties:

• Promotes positive customer service culture, encouraging quality patient outcomes and staff retention

• Manage social media announcements and communications, including posting updates and responding to inquiries

• Manage social media presence to improve organizational awareness and increase membership and participation

• Track inventory for promotional printed materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards

• Place new orders for materials and ensure timely delivery. Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed

• Attend Leadership meetings and events and take detailed meeting minutes and notes

• Assist the Grant Manager in the creation and maintenance of various data data-tracking sheets and internet-based applications

• Work closely with the AVP of Data & Grant Management on projects related to community outreach and harm reduction

• Assist with other administrative tasks as required

• Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00a - 4:30p)

Experience and Skills:

Education and/or Experience: At least one year of experience in an administrative support role and experience with social media platform preferred; Associate degree or equivalent college coursework encouraged to apply
