What will you be doing as a Bartender with Family Entertainment Group?
● Provide excellent guest service
● Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
● Clean and sterilize glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
● Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, and straws.
● Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
● Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests seated at the bar.
● Clean bars, work areas, and tables. Reset tables in the bar area.
● Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.

The ideal candidate:
● Is a minimum of 21 years of age.
● Has previous experience in a bartender role. Previous experience is ideal but not required for this position.
● Is energetic, outgoing, and loves communicating with and meeting new people.
● Has knowledge of service of food and beverage.
● Is able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
● Is able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
