Family Care Connections is Hiring a HCBS Assistant Coordinator Near Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Coordinator in program management and implementation

-Driving Required

-ATC Monitoring's every 90 Days
- Provide social work support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
- Supervise and support staff members in their daily tasks
- Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to ensure the well-being of program participants
- Build and maintain positive relationships with program participants, their families, and community partners
- Contribute to program development and improvement initiatives

Experience:
- Previous experience in program management or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with behavioral health services and strategies
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Experience managing budgets and financial resources
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
