Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in delivering quality medical services. Your primary responsibilities will include performing administrative and clinical tasks to ensure smooth operations within the medical facility.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic life support procedures, including CPR, as needed
- Provide exceptional patient service by greeting and escorting patients to examination rooms
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
- Collect and record patient information, such as medical history and vital signs
- Administer medications under the supervision of a healthcare provider

- Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant
- Proficient in medical coding and terminology
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures
- Experience in medication administration and basic laboratory testing
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
