Family Allergy & Asthma is looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator!

Location: 9800 Shelbyville Road, Suite 220, Louisville, KY 40223

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed, Hybrid role

Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 / year

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Social media and website management
• Write and proof content for multiple platforms
• Monitor online presence of the company, our offices and our healthcare providers
• Responsible for regularly pulling reports and helping create documents for presentations
• Write and develop a variety of internal and external newsletters
• Support the execution of our PR strategy
• Responsible for promotional items that are handed out at health fairs, events, and to existing patients
• Help in planning and execution of internal and external events

Competencies, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a marketing, or communications related-position (may consider internship experience)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
• Background in website management and CMS, such as WordPress, preferred
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, preferred
• Video editing/presentation skills, strongly preferred
• Acceptable results on Office of Inspector General, State Medicaid Exclusions, Abuse Registry Checks, Background Screenings, Drug Screen, and Sanction Checks
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel to satellite offices, as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
