FALU is Hiring an Armed Security Officer Near Chattanooga, TN
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and trained Armed Security Officer to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary duty will be to protect against potential threats and respond to emergencies as needed.
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any unauthorized activity
- Monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the facility
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
- Perform access control duties by verifying identification and granting or denying entry
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents as directed
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety
Skills:
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills:
- Strong surveillance skills to identify potential threats or suspicious activities
- Excellent conflict management abilities to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of militarized security protocols and procedures
- CPR and First Aid certification to provide immediate medical assistance if needed
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Background in law enforcement or loss prevention is highly desirable
