The Associate Media Director (Digital Paid Social) leads teams in media and social in the development and execution of social media plans across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role must be an intuitive, independent thinker and unflinching team mentor, as well as having a deep well of in-platform experience. The position places equal emphasis on creative solutions to media challenges and in-depth media knowledge and executional rigor. As a full-service agency, we prioritize diverse, unique experience, and above all creativity.
This role will be a leader on the digital and social side of the business. They should have a fluency across the social landscape and how the various platforms work and interact. This individual should be able to speak to reporting and measurement on these platforms and how leverage analytics as part of a media recommendation. This person is also expected to be able to lead the day-to-day workings of an account.
Responsibilities include:
This position requires prior 7 years’ experience in a managerial media planning role, with complete fluency across all social vehicles (Meta, TikTok, X/Twitter, Snap, Pinterest, etc.) and with experience in remarketing/retargeting.
