RL Liquidators is hiring Managers for our Falling Prices store in Sparks, NV.

Hours of operation are:
Must be available to work - Tuesday - Saturday, 9:45am – 6:15pm - Full-time (40) hours per week with possible overtime.

Managers will be required to be available during the above hours.

Duties:

Management of approximately 5-15 employees

Overseeing Team meetings

Delegating tasks to employees effectively and efficiently

Ability to fill in for employees as needed

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Ability to utilize a forklift if needed

Ability to resolve customer relation issues

Ability to resolve employee workplace issues

Additional duties as needed

How to effectively enforce the Terms of Use to customers if conflict arises

How to encourage teamwork in the workforce

How to perform basic Computer skills

Previous retail management required.

Salary and benefits will be discussed at time of final interview.
