FalconX is Hiring a Product Manager Near San Mateo, CA

Impact:

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for our flagship AI product, Satoshi. This role requires deep cross-functional collaboration, a strong understanding of AI and financial markets, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Satoshi, ensuring alignment with market needs and FalconX's strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a competitive product and ensure its market success.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, guide product development, and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Customer Experience and Feedback: Incorporate customer feedback into the product development process and strive to provide an excellent user experience.
  • Metrics and Performance: Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform decisions on product features, pricing, and market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the tech industry, preferably with AI or ML-based products.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital assets and finance sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Startup experience is a plus.

Base pay for this role is expected to be between $200,000 and $250,000 USD. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as skillset, experience, and qualifications.
