Job Description:
- 15 years of solid product management work with increasing levels of responsibility and scope,
- Previous management experience but can currently be an individual contributor.
- Previous experience conducting client interviews and leading discovery and definition sessions.
- Experience working with a client’s development team.
- Quantification in the resume: I need to see what KPIs they delivered against.
- At the beginning of their resume, they should have a bullet point about requirements writing and/or problem statement identification.
- At least one domain where they are an expert or have previous development experience.
Nice to have:
- Some in depth product strategy work. Previous experience working in the BU.
