We are Falcon’s Pointe, a student-oriented apartment community located near BGSU in Bowling Green, and we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience with:
· accounts receivable/collections
· daily bank deposits
· general bookkeeping and payment processing
· high-volume workload (576 leases to manage)
· office organization
· supervision
· customer service (apartment leasing experience is helpful)
· strong computer skills - candidates must have experience with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel required, Publisher is helpful) as well as Google Docs (Sheets).
· Experience with Entrata is a plus; but experience with other property management software is helpful.
Primary responsibilities include rent collection, bank deposits, data entry, general office organization, helping the Property Manager with supervision of leasing staff and assisting the Property Manager with general day-to-day operations.
The position is full-time, salaried, typical hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm with occasional evening and weekend hours required for special events and during critical work periods for the property.
Starting salary will be in a range from $50,000 to $54,000 annually depending on experience plus leasing commissions and potential for a yearly bonus and yearly raise. Compensation also includes paid time off (vacation, personal time, 8 paid holidays, and the week between Christmas and New Year’s annually) and a 401k plan with matching employer contributions (up to 5% matching).
