We are seeking Technical Trainers to support case management system training for a State of Missouri Agency. In this role, Trainers will participate in a series of train-the-trainer sessions to explain the system, review training materials, and engage in teach back activities; before providing in-person training to state agency employees, providers, and case managers throughout State of Missouri. This 4-month position is located onsite in either Kansas City, MO, Jefferson City, MO or St. Louis, MO and is scheduled to begin in July 2023. The train-the-trainer sessions will consist of the following:

• Learning the state agency's case management system
• Review of individual courses and practicing facilitation (materials provided are Power Point presentations with facilitator notes, demonstration speaking points, participant packets, Smart Guides (job aids).
• Teach backs – teaching content to peers and Company trainers; feedback will be provided by peers and trainers and possibly government staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess the capacity to learn, adapt to change, and become proficient quickly.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience developing and delivering formal presentations and training content in classroom and virtual settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and motivate adult learners to ensure performance metrics are consistently attained.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom platform technology.
• BA/BS. Four years additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree.
• Experience with case management training is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $61,327.81 per year
