We are now hiring for an Assistant Branch Manager for our Santa Ana branch. If you are interested, please send us your resume as soon as possible.

• Assists with client and staff communication and conflict resolutions.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in a fast an efficient manner, informing the corresponding parties of any problems that may arise
• Assists with guidance and support when Branch Manager is not available
• Identify recruiting needs and develop recruiting sources (resume search)
• Recruit, interview, and make employment and placement decisions
• Determine client needs, fill orders by placing appropriately skilled employees on assignments and conduct quality control audits
• Communicate and coordinate the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving corresponding parties
• Attend Job fairs as needed
• Conducts new hire orientations, background checks, drug and alcohol tests
• Complete the new employment application process for new associates, including the verification of I9 forms and verification of application references
• Follow Injury/Illness procedures when a work-related accident occurs
• Ensure all applications are entered in Coats & PEO
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
