Job Overview:
We are seeking highly organized , Intelligent outspoken and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Liaison. As a Liaison, you will be responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between various departments and stakeholders within our organization to patients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, communication, professionalism, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintain all information's private and confidential.

Duties:
- Serve as a point of contact and facilitate communication between different departments to and from the residents
- Scheduled one-to-one meetings with residents and educate them on discharge from the facility
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations

-Facilitates communication or responses to patient needs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
