Fairview Health Services is Hiring a Resident Assistant Near Baxter, MN
- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - 26.00 / hour . Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our Assisted Living in Baxter, MN. No CNA required, unless under 18 years old. Perfect schedule for a student
This caregiver schedule includes;
- casual/on call
- day/evening/night shift options
- minimum of 3 shifts per month; 1 shift on the weekend

Northern Lakes Senior Living has a positive and family-like culture in a beautiful setting, located in Baxter, MN (Brainerd). Our community hosts Assisted, Independent and Memory Care services for a total of 68 units. Managed by Ebenezer we are proud of our skilled, compassionate and good natured team of employees. - Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
- Assists with onboarding of new staff
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
- Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
- CNA certificated if under 18
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
