Position: Assistant Teacher
Job Description:
The infant room assistant teacher is responsible for assisting the teacher in providing a loving, safe, environment where the infants will thrive. The assistant teacher will take the lead in the room when the lead teacher is absent or have scheduled time off.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a supportive, nurturing, and engaging environment for students
- Follow step-by-step instruction and monitor student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 12 qualifying post secondary credits, with 2080 hours of experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
