The Performance Integrity Innovation Analyst (PI Innovation Analyst) is responsible for a thorough understanding of software system configuration and requirements specific to each core Revenue Cycle Management function in order to act as first line support, trouble shoot, monitor and support improved utilization of the system. The PI Innovation Analyst will lead the development of requirements specific to changes and updates to system process and operations. The PI Innovation analyst will be responsible for maintaining a clear outline and visuals of current system set up, proactively investigate best practices and delivering recommendations on configurations needs. The PI Innovation analyst will draft requirements and rules for system enhancement requests, finalizing testing of system development, managing appropriate implementation into production and ultimately the follow up to confirm the rules are providing outputs.
The PI Innovation Analyst is also responsible for engaging with the Information Technology applications team to manage pre-upgrade review of enhancements and testing appropriate scripts to assure maximum system performance. It is expected that the PI Innovation Analyst will communicate upgrade changes, engage teams in understanding impact of options, partnering with teams and IT to test, train and activate successful delivery. Effective oral and written communication regarding system changes including defining training needs are met are essential to performing in the role effectively.
In addition to the above job responsibilities, the PI Innovation Analyst will also work without Automation Excellence team and maintain front line support for automation scripts, maintain scheduling and troubleshooting issues with robotic process automation, and assure routine processing of RPA.

Required
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum 6 years.
Experience
· 3 years experience in healthcare reimbursement, financial management or coding
· 3 years’ experience working within the EPIC Revenue Cycle Management modules (Prelude, Cadence, Resolute or HIM) OR similar RCM software configuration and design.
· 3 years’ experience working with Revenue Cycle Management operations processing.
· Demonstrated logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business terms.
· Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
· Advanced PC skills in Excel, Word, Access, and EPIC.
Preferred
Education
· Advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
Experience
· Five or more years of experience in Health System Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, or Analytics professional level role.
· Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Power BI
· Experience leading work-groups
· Experience presenting to leaders
License/Certification/Registration
· EPIC HB and/or PB Resolute proven proficiency and/or certification
