Fairview Health Services is Hiring an Environmental Services Director Near Edina, MN
Overview
The Environmental Services Director is responsible for general oversight and maintenance of property including all major utility, life safety, grounds, and security systems. Plans and manages all aspects of building operations for our Assisted Living/Memory Care in Edina.
This position includes:
- 80 Hour in 2 weeks – Monday - Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm, open to compromise.
- Oncall hours required every other week with maint assistant.
- Participates in Manager on Duty rotation (24/7 On-call position to address building maintenance needs, eligible for on call reimbursement.)

Responsibilities/Job Description
- Maintenance of property building and grounds
- Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff
- Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
- Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors
- Lawn Maintenance and Snow Care are completed in house
- Employee will be required to work hours around snow storms as well
- Employee will be required to be on call for the building Maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Three to five years Multi-housing maintenance experience
- Ability to troubleshoot appliances/plumbing/electrical/carpentry issues
- Experience working with seniors in an Assisted Living preferred
