Overview
We are looking for a Community Relations Director to help assists in creating and implementing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for our community in Edina, MN. Role will be based primarily in the building/community and significant time is devoted to working with external referral resources.
- Full Time , 80 hours per two week pay period, Salaried.
- Day with some early evenings flexibility required for tours, move-in paperwork, events.
- There will be weekend manager rotation as well as potential needs for tours and family visits after hours.

Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Responsibilities/Job Description
- Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
- Promotes positive customer relations
- Serves as a resource to residents and families seeking information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience required
- Aging Services of MN Sales and Marketing certificate preferred
- Three to five years similar experience preferred
