As a Server Assistant with Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings makes guests of our restaurants and lounges feel unique and valued.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Pick up In Room Dining Tray’s, Amenities, etc. from the guest rooms and public areas of the hotel in a timely manner
• Clean trays and amenities in the kitchen
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
