Lead STNA, Supply Clerk

Full Time, Hourly – Standard Hours 6AM – 230PM, occasional evenings as needed

Scheduler On Call Rotation with 1 Winter and 1 Summer Holiday Required

The Lead STNA, Supply Clerk will manage and ensure appropriate supplies for the clinical departments. Serve as a trainer/mentor to other STNA’s, assist clinical leadership in ensuring the smooth functioning and regulatory compliance of the assigned neighborhood, serve as backup for regular floor STNA’s, providing direct care to residents as needed.

Qualifications and/or Skills Required:

• Active Ohio STNA license;
• 3 years of experience in a long-term care environment, preferred.
• Supply Management experience, preferred;
• Highly developed computer skills are necessary, experience with using mobile applications and various software packages, particularly Point-Click-Care, preferred.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift supplies and equipment – max over 70lbs;
• Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
