Housekeeping / Laundry Aide

Full or Part time Opportunities

1st Shift or 2nd Shift / Occasional evenings and weekends

The Housekeeping /Laundry Aide performs duties of cleaning and sanitizing all areas on a regular basis throughout the facility. Responsible for room transitions; these tasks include washing beds, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, and equipment cleaning. Completes linen procedures of drying, ironing, and folding all laundry. The individual will have close contact with residents and families.

Qualifications and/or Skills Required:

Excellent Customer Service Skills;

Must have excellent attendance and work history;

Demonstrate the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with all personnel;

Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public;

Must have patience, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm handling difficult situations;

Must be a team player.
