- Maintain the hotel and all the rooms
- Perform preventive maintenance on all rooms on a regular basis
- Maintain the pool and keep it clean
- Need to have knowledge of plumbing, electrical repair, sheetrock repair, painting, wallpaper and any other maintenance issues that might need fixing.
