Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our common areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Collecting dirty linens and trash from upstairs, helping deliver supplies and stock inventory as needed.
- Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel, including hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as shampooing carpets and washing windows
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and security
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care processes is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
