Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and satisfying breakfast experience. Your main duties will include setting up the breakfast area, replenishing food and beverage items, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the breakfast service.

Duties:
- Set up the breakfast area before service, including arranging tables, chairs, and food displays
- Prepare and replenish food items such as pastries, fruits, cereals, and beverages
- Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and presented attractively
- Monitor food levels and restock as needed to ensure a continuous supply for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and organizing condiments
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during breakfast service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines in food handling and sanitation practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or a related role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management systems is a plus
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts including weekends and holidays
