Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations.
• Supervise and manage the performance of front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with department heads to maintain and improve service quality.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Oversee the hotel's compliance with Marriott's standards and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a Marriott-branded hotel.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and procedures is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
