This role is full-time (40 hours per week), Shift : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm

Who you are :

As the Office Assistant and valued member of our team you are someone who can effectively communicate with patients and FRC staff, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate empathy and compassion.

What you will do :

• Assist technologists with patient throughput
• Assist patient with tablet registration
• Triage patients for workflow
• Attend to patients waiting in the dressing room
• Keep track of appointment times and wait time reason

What you will bring :

• High School diploma or higher
• Must be able to access, input and retrieve information from the computer and central file system on a constant basis throughout the day.
• Must have exceptional communication skills verbally and in writing; active listener
• Must be able to move throughout the office and lift up to 50 pounds
