A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
When you begin your day in the Business Development Center (BDC), you will have many warm leads to contact. These are customers who have inquired about a specific vehicle in our inventory and who would like to come and test drive or schedule a finance meeting. These customers found our vehicles on our website, or from our digital, radio and TV advertising. You are not selling a vehicle; you are selling an appointment to visit our dealership. Do not worry if you do not know much about cars! We will give you all the tools necessary to succeed. This includes phone training when you are hired and product knowledge so that you can have meaningful conversation with our customers about the car, truck or SUV they are interested in. You will learn how to quickly and effectively ask for an appointment and will be put in the best position to succeed in your new role.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
· Maintain a professional attitude.
· Ability and desire to make customers happy.
· Feel comfortable building new relationships, understanding customer needs quickly and asking for the appointment.
· Comfortable using the internet, social media and computers.
· Excellent phone and grammar skills.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a 40 hour a week job, with a mixture of days and evenings. We are closed on Sunday and there is potential to also have rotating Saturday's off as well.
