The Flexco team is interested in you if you have :

• 2 years Tool Room.
• Willingness and ability to work on 2nd shift
• Must have demonstrated good math skills and be able to work with geometry. metric, fractions and decimals.
• Must have shown good trouble shooting / problem solving skills.
• Must be able to utilize SolidWorks CAD software
• Must be able to program CNC lathe and mills with CAM software and conversationally.
• Must have a good understanding of all Tool Room equipment .
• Must be able to repair fixtures working from little or no detailed prints.
• Must be able to design and build fixtures working with part prints only.

Must be able to repair basic hook machine parts such as paper steel, loopdie, and plunger.

Must maintain good safety practices.

• Lift 20 lb. floor to waist frequently; 50 lb. floor to waist occasionally.
• Stand all day.
• Push / Pull maximum of 50 lbs. 100 feet.
• Trunk Rotation 45 degrees from the midline in both directions.
• Reach less than 18 inches from midline both directions.
• Squatting to service machines.
• Pinching, utilizing multiple tools.

You should be proficient in :

• Manual Machining Skills
• Tool / Die / Mold Setup Experience
• Blueprint Reading
• CAD Software

Machines & technologies you'll use :

• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
• CAD Software
