The Position :

An automotive supplier in Kentwood, MI is looking for DIE SETTERS!

Shift : 3rd shift

WAGE : $18 / hr

Job Description :

• Leads in setting up dies and related equipment
• Completes entire die changeover from last-piece to first-piece in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to accomplish die sets, press operations and troubleshooting of stamping processes in a methodical manner.
• Ability to change over multiple part number dies.
• Maintains work area in a clean and safe condition, following 5S standards.

Experience and other requirements :

MUST have at least a little experience as a Die Setter

Hilo and Crane license are highly desired, but not mandatory.

Must have NO lifting or standing restrictions

Have reliable transportation

Read / Speak & understand the English Language

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.

NOTE :

1. This position is NOT THC FRIENDLY

2. This position is NOT ON THE BUS LINE. (15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop)
