Factors Group of Nutritional Companies is Hiring a Reliability Engineer Near Monroe, WA

The Opportunity:We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team and help identify and manage equipment reliability risks that could adversely affect our plant. In the hands-on role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to implement Loss Control and Risk Management strategies and projects aimed at improving plant reliability and reducing maintenance costs. You would be spending half your time on the floor with maintenance technicians and production leadership working through trouble shooting repairs and efficiencies.We are a growing company and a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.This position’s salary range is: $70,000 - $95,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and education. In this role you will: Guides efforts to ensure the reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes and control system Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans Develops acceptance tests and inspection criteria and participates in the final check out of new installations Develops a Maintenance Plan that includes values added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies Provides hands-on technical support to production, maintenance management and technicians Work shift Monday to Friday 7:00 – 3:30pmYou have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multi discipline maintenance team manufacturing facility Mechanical Engineering (or similar Engineering discipline) degree preferred; candidates without an Engineering degree will be considered at the Engineering Technician level Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment operation and machine parts Experience in a maintenance department, parts and purchasing system Must possess technical proficiency in machine parts diagrams and schematics Ability to read exploded parts diagrams from equipment manufacturers manual Sanitary welding certificate would be a plus You want to: Challenge yourself by working in a fast-paced, physically demanding work environment Work for a company that cares about its staff and has a meaningful mission to improve the lives and well-being of its customers Work in a facility where safety and cleanliness are highly regarded and a regulated work environment working to procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)You get: A competitive salary The opportunity to work with great people, the ability to influence and lead change within a company dedicated to continuous improvement Best in class benefits including:Medical, dental, visionHealth and dependent FSA Employer paid life and long-term disability insurance401(k) with company matchWellness days – 80 hours per yearVacation – 120 hours per year10 paid holidaysDiscount on company productsSafety footwear allowanceEmployee appreciation events
