Fact & Fiction is hiring an Account Director to join our expanding account team.

You are part of the heartbeat behind the day-to-day success of the agency. You’ve proven your ability to lead, oversee, manage and implement client strategy, as well as manage budgets, productions, and deadlines with utmost organization. You can motivate a team, collaborate with clients, and always find a way to advocate what’s best for the business and the work. (And because you know it helps to ease the process of gracefully working through issues when you inevitably have conflicting priorities.) You’re a tight collaborator with your fellow strategist and can talk the talk (almost) as easily as they can. A Day in the Life

  • Manage and lead a national-level client within the CPG, BFY frozen treat category
  • Foster and build trusting relationships with senior-level clients, F&F leadership, and agency partners
  • Guide and lead client initiatives within the agency and among other agency partners
  • Identify and understand a client’s business needs, industry and competition, and care about them as if they were your own
  • Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for account profitability through thoughtful scoping with an eye on P&L performance throughout the year
  • Elevate your thinking above the day-to-day minutiae to ensure we are leading the clients to a path of success and not merely executing the task at hand
  •  Coach, inspire and guide junior account team members by providing consistent feedback, training, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Partner with senior creative and strategy team members to drive and sell through great work
  • Instill confidence and embody a cool head throughout campaign productions
  • Champion and facilitate collaboration across disciplines within Fact & Fiction
  •  Operate with excellence in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions

Requirements

Here's what will get our attention

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 9-11 years in advertising, including 3-5 years supervisory experience
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%)

Base Salary: $115,000-140,000k DOE
