Title Office Administrator

Job summary
This position is engaged in some front end financial activities including accounts payable and accounts receivable, file maintenance, and technical maintenance of the FHFB website and phone system. Will oversee office operations & assigned volunteers and provide customer service and support to member agencies, vendors, and volunteers (community service, individuals and groups).

Minimum requirements
Associates Degree in Information Technology and/or Accounting
Minimum one (1) year experience in accounts payable/receivable or related area
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and capacity to learn Accounting and Payroll Software
Abilities required
This position is an evolving one and the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership & administrative skills. A background in human resource onboarding in support of new hires/management of files, etc., will insure some mastery in part of the responsibilities assigned, Customer Service excellence is required. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time, work independently and in a group, manager tasks and personnel as assigned as well as to meet strict deadlines and demonstrate accurate data entry skills. A high level of organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize work will provide the highest level of success in the position.
