FSI is looking to hire a Production Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for the preparation of all assigned proposals from concept through presentation to the customer. Executes a proposal plan that meets the objects of the proposal budget and timeline. The Proposal needs to be prepared in a timely manner and comply with the internal review requirements and customer requirements. Reports to the BD Director.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage draft/final production, text, and graphics, ensuring timely delivery of proposals IAW RFP instructions.
• Provide proposal production, including desktop publishing, proofreading, editing, printing, and binding.
• Create graphics, marketing materials, brochures, and other related materials in support of FSI’s overall business.
• Coordinate all material production through business development and division managers as requested.
• Works directly with proposal manager and SMEs to create proposal content strategy, structure and compliance matrix, content plans and storyboards to create comprehensive, accurate and professional proposals.
• Responsible for proposal one voice; common look and feel between submissions, adding any customer specific requirements. Ensure consistency between proposal content and customer requirements.
• Assist in the development of strategy, win themes, competitive analysis, or gap analysis associated with proposal.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• An associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Certification – Must have a valid State Vehicle Operators Permit.
• Experience – A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry in related area with a private services company or equivalent Government agency.
• Experience preparing documents; Industry-related experience in production, desktop publishing, or similar trade.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Adobe products, and other management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform work at job locations other than the corporate office for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Must be able to work in the sitting position for 8 or more hours per day.
• Must be able to work at a computer station for extended period of time.
• Must be able to handle stressful conditions and make multiple decisions concerning job operations on a daily basis.
