We are seeking Destination Travel Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a knack for planning memorable experiences. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance work with other commitments.
Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations
• Design customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and tours
• Specialize in select travel destinations in order to attract qualified clients
• Research destinations, hotels, activities, and transportation options to provide accurate recommendations to clients
• Handle booking arrangements, reservations, and confirmations for clients
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout their travel journey, including during the booking process and while they are traveling
• Stay updated on travel trends, industry developments, and destination information
• Handle any inquiries, issues, or changes related to clients' travel plans in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in trip planning and booking processes
• Basic proficiency in use of computer applications and troubleshooting issues
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed
• Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
• 18 years or older
• Reside in the United States
