Position: Front of House Support

Duties:

• Provide quality, and genuine, hospitality in a timely manner
• Ensure that guest’s feel important and welcome in the restaurant
• Deliver food and beverages to the appropriate table in an efficient and timely manner, announcing each dish.
• Other specific duties are as follows:
  
  • Pre-bus and clean tables
  • Assist servers and bartenders with service as needed
  • Ensure that inventory levels of supplies and product are maintained; Stock server stations and the bar as needed
  • Keep bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, plates, trash, etc. throughout shift
  • Ensures a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar area
• Ability to transition between FOH Support duties based upon service needs and/or guest needs
• Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests
• Energetic and genuine positive attitude while interacting with team-members and all guests
• Knowledge of how to make common drinks and the ability to follow the recipe for new drinks desired
• Minimum 1 years of experience in food service/hospitality desired but not required
• Excellent verbal communication skills with guests and team members
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
