Job Summary : The National Account Service Coordinator in the Power Systems division is responsible for supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of national account customer activities.

They play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and effectively coordinating internal and external resources to meet customer needs. Responsibilities :

• Assist Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSR) and Fabick management in developing and executing strategic plans to grow the company's national account customer base and increase sales and service revenue.
• Serve as the central point of contact for national account customers, handling inquiries, invoices, service requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, service, parts, and project management, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to national account customers.
• Coordinate with the Caterpillar dealer network and outside vendors to schedule services, issue purchase orders, and process invoices.
• Collaborate with the PSSRs to ensure accurate and timely forecasting of service opportunities, revenue, and market trends.
• Coordinate customer service visits, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring all necessary resources are available and prepared.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with national account customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, and contract fulfillment status.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports, presentations, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Process all service reports, fluid sample results, and invoices and then distribute to the customer in a timely manner.
• Any and all other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
• 2 years in a sales coordinator or customer support role required
• 2 years in a Power Systems industry or a similar field preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales support tools to manage customer information and sales activities.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlinesDetail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to track performance, and provide data-driven insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
