POSITION SUMMARY
The Liaison Support position is a key function of the Client Relations Department. The role of Liaison Support is to quickly and accurately post all payments received by the company. The Liaison Support’s primary role would be to assist with all administrative functions and overall support to the Client Liaisons.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs basic data entry within department systems.
Enter payments from consumers and creditor.
Codes accounts; reconciles and researches customer information.
Processes account transactions to ensure quality output.
Performs research and reconciliation functions necessary to update and maintain account information.
Perform other administrative miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Working hours: Flexible Work Schedule, Monday – Friday
Must live within 30 miles from Aiken, SC

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of experience working in an office environment.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Proficient computer skills.
Excel Knowledge.
Microsoft Office.
Proficient ten-key calculator skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work well with others in a small-group environment.
Commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
Some analytical ability is required to gather consumer information, find solutions and prioritize work.
Work requires continual attention to detail in data entry of information related to consumer interactions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to converse and respond to common inquiries from consumers, clients, and members of the general public.
Ability to write business-related documents such as letters, emails, and other business correspondence as needed.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
