Job SummaryThe Service Assistant job is to assist the Department Manager and Assistant Manager and contribute toward the overall success of the department and company. Responsibilities

Monitor service email working from bottom to top
Monitor phone
Provide customers with answers to their questions
Input new work orders
Process quote approvals
Maintain accurate records
Job quoting
Prepare completed work for invoicing
Assisting with day-to-day operations

Qualifications (Required)

Minimum 1 years’ experience with Customer Service
Valid Driver’s License

Qualifications (Preferred)

Minimum 3 years’ Clean Driving Record
