Full Time/Part TimeRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES• Generating new leads through current members, influencers, community outreach, and social media• Converting leads into memberships and timely outreach to new leads• Conducting in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members• Managing new lead entries once received from social media, community events, and marketing campaigns• Attending lead-generating events, such as pre-launch events, grand openings, festivals, and local community gatherings• Daily reporting on sales progress• Working collaboratively with the studio’s leadership team to ensure smooth and cohesive operations• CRM System Administration (i.e. MindBody)• Orienting members and delivering studio tours• Building strong relationships with members, corporate businesses, and local businessesQUALIFICATIONS• Minimum of 1-year experience in sales required• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, open-concept work environment• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred• Willing to be flexible with hours• Comfortable learning new softwareABOUT F45• F45 Training, the fastest growing fitness franchise network in the world, has exploded in the last seven years with over 2,000 franchisees in over 61 countries, and this is just the beginning.• F45 Training is a global fitness training community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts which are fast, fun and have demonstrated success with our members.
