Job SummaryThe Project Lead performs day-to-day management and planning of overall task order operations, integrating multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations and is the interface with the COR, the Technical Assistant (TA), and Government management personnel. Responsible for program integration, essential management elements of cost, schedule and performance metrics and analysis including the deliberate consideration of the interrelationships among all the elements to optimize cost, schedule, and performance. Direct coordinator for the overall execution of the performance of the contract team. The Task Order Project Leads identifies issues and formulates alternatives for issue resolution.
Project lead should have experience with tactical, strategic, and operational joint warfighting and managing the scope and depth of tasks described in the PWS. Experience with coordinating contract services with the government on matter related to the PWS tasks, funding, and staffing.
