- Helps maintain equipment: mowers., trucks, plows, etc.
- Helps trim trees, bushes, as needed.
- Caring for and cultivating foliage including planting, fertilizing, weeding, watering, trimming and pruning, soil conditioning, mulching and applying pesticides.
- Follows direction well and can execute with minimal supervision.
- Can perform daily lawn care to include: watering, raking, blowing leaves and mowing.
- Can safely operate all equipment-(or be trained)- mowers, blowers, weed eaters, saws, trimmers, bobcat, Lift.
- Follows safety guidelines for spraying chemicals and pesticides.
- Takes good care of all equipment.
- Good Teamwork.
- Listens well and will take direction from multiple managers/employees.
- Good Attendance/ Punctuality/Reliability.
- Can perform snow removal with shovel and/or other equipment as needed.
- Follows organizations Policies & Procedures.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues quickly.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must have own transportation.
- Have own tools.
- Must be able to move, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift 75 lbs.
- Must meet the general health required by this facility.
- Must be free of illicit drugs.
- Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that provide for accommodations of these senses.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and move supplies and equipment.
