Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team. Real Estate license is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and/or property leasing. This job is temporary, but can become a permanant position. Employee will be considered a contractor, no benefits will be provided. Salary is based on commission, commission amount is based on the apartments rent and location.

Duties:

- Schedule and show available units to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about properties

- Pre-screen perpspective tenants.

- Answer questions about our leasing process, adminstrative fees, and the terms of our lease.

- Utilize customer service skills to address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

- Knowledge of our available portfolio of apartments.

- Previous sales/leasing experience is preferred.
